Jenn's weight-loss goals

Hello everyone! I'm just going straight to the point....I need to lose at least 30 pounds to be at a healthy/happy weight! :0) I would LOVE to lose 40 pounds, but we're going with 30 right now. My birthday is the end of February....so my FIRST goal is to lose 5 pounds by then. It is a little conservative, but I don't want to make a huge goal before I know what exercise & eating program will work the best for me. So there you have it! Who else wants to make a goal with me????? :0)
