What do YOU do for exercise?

I would love to know what you do for your exercise. Do you exercise inside your home, outside or in the gym. Tell us what you do & why. Do you do this because it is convenient with your schedule or do you do it because it works for you or because you love it. Tell us all about it..............


  1. Before it got super cold - I was doing the "brisk walking" thing. The first time I thought I would die!! But now I miss it so much that I keep getting bundled up and go whenever I can - I love it!! To me it's an easy way to exercise. When it's too cold I've been doing the Wii Fit. At first I thought - what is this really doing? But when I woke up in the morning with a sore belly and sore arms I thought. . .okay this really is working. I love the yoga, strength training, boxing and step aerobics.

  2. I just started doing Taekwondo & boxing with my hubby 3 days a week and my eliptical 2 days a week. For me it really helps to change things up, and if I didn't have someone to workout with I don't think I would! That support is so crucial! I can't wait for the spring weather so I can get back to walking and riding bikes :)
